WAYS TO MAKE CUSTOM Beef PROCESSING EASY

Book Early

  

Book your butcher date at least a year in advance, especially if you are wanting June-November.

Have Names And Numbers Ready

  

If you have people who have purchased a share from you, have the list of names and numbers ready to give the butcher when they come to harvest your animal.

Call Us For Weight Of Animals

  

If we do not call you with weights of your animals the day we harvest them, call the office the next morning. Sometimes the butcher gets back late or is with other customers.

Place Your Online Order Or Call Prior To Date

  

Have your customers call in their cutting instructions or have them put it in online prior to, the day the animal is harvested, or within 24-48 hours. Do not wait for us to call as there are times we are tied up calling or helping other customers.

Avoid Late Fees and Confusion

  

Explain to your customers that in the event that we have tried to call and never received a return phone call when it comes time to cut their order will then be cut a standard cut. 


Also explain that when they are given a pick up date that it needs to be picked up within 5 business days to avoid the late fee unless prior arrangements have been made.


We appreciate your business and we strive to make the processing of your animal as easy as we can, these are just a few tips that help with that process.

Beef CUT AND WRAP PRICES

  

  • Standard cut and wrap is .95 cents/lb on hang weight
  • Add .10 cents if wanting steaks wrapped 1 per package or asking for a lot of special cuts that require more cutting time
  • Quarter beef orders do have a split fee of $15 per quarter

  

  • When ordering smoked products or special requests, please put those requests or items in the special instruction section of the cutting list
  • On quarter beef shares there will not be any specialty cuts or requests done

PRICE CHANGES

  

Starting January 1st 2024. 

There will be a $10 per day hang fee for any hang time after 8 days. 

There is also a $5 per day late fee for any order not picked up within 5 business days of being notified that order is ready.
