Late Fee

$5 daily fee if not picked up within 5 business days of being notified meat is ready. Unless prior arrangements are made at the time of giving cutting instructions.

Jan 1st prices will be going up.. Due to increasing cost on supplies,repairs, fuel, and disposal.

New prices are as follows

Beef & Pork

  • Mobile Slaughter - $95 - $150/head (depending on location)
  • Mobile Slaughter on Big Cattle 1,000# and up - $125 - $200/head (depending on location)
  • Disposal Fee - $50/head(PRICED CAN BE REDUCED IF FARM KEEPS THE GUTS ETC.)
  • Cut & Wrap  BEEF -STANDARD CUT- .95 Cents/lb hang weight
  • Pork - .95 CENTS/LB hang weight
  • Curing costs (regular, pepper, maple) $1.00/LB
  • Curing costs for nitrite free is $1.25/Lb
  • Specialty curing (bring in own meat) $1.75/LB


Emergency Fees

  • Local Areas - $150.00/head
  • Local Areas After hours - $200.00/head
  • Non-Local Areas - $250.00/head
  • Non-Local After Hours - $300.00/head
  • (THESE FEES ARE ON TOP OF THE STANDARD KILL FEE)

Hang Fees

  • HANG ONLY - $20/DAY
  • EXTRA HANG TIME PASS STANDARD DAYS - $10.00/DAY

Lamb & Goat Processing

  • LOCAL -$135.00 per head
  • NON-LOCAL - $160.00 per head

Alpaca/Llama Processing

  • Alpaca - $95 kill fee plus $150 cut and wrap local
  • Alpaca - $110 kill fee plus $150 cut and wrap out of area 
  • Llama - $95-$125 kill fees (depending on location) $150 cut and wrap plus $25 disposal fee 

Wild Game

  • CALL FOR AVAILABILITY
  • Add in hang only $20/day
  • Deer - $175
  • Elk - $1/LB plus $10 disposal fee

Deboned Meat For Hamburger

  • $1.00/lb Grind Only Plus Fat Added
  • $1.15/lb Grind and Wrapped Plus Fat Added

Specialty Processing

  • Smoked Product - Need 25 lb Minimum
  • Fresh Products - Need 10 lb Minimum
  • Jerky - 5 lb Minimum
